As we celebrate another Thanksgiving holiday, let’s show our gratitude for those we’re thankful for by telling them. This simple act of kindness is easy to do and means so much.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the readers of this blog. You’ve stuck with me on my journey, and you’ve been supportive, encouraging and inspirational.
I’m especially thankful for all those who have commented on the posts. I’ve received so many messages of kindness and support. These heartfelt remarks strengthen and encourage me, not only with regard to writing these posts, but with life in general.
As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, these have been challenging times for me from a health standpoint. I continue to struggle following major surgery, and some days are a lot harder than others.
Fortunately, I’ve been blessed with a lot of support, including the feedback I receive from readers. When I hear from someone who has been inspired by a post, or when someone says I’ve helped to brighten their day, that makes it all worthwhile.
Although I can’t thank everyone in person, I want you to know that I am grateful for all of you, and wish you a happy Thanksgiving. I hope that wherever you are in your life’s journey—physically, emotionally and spiritually—you are able to feel and express gratitude for those who have made your life brighter.
“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn routine jobs into joy and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”—William Arthur Ward
